Our team buildings reflect our collaborative vision and our commitment to people. Every three months, the team gathers for moments of exchange and creativity that go far beyond the daily tasks. Whether it's a day of strategic reflection followed by an eco-responsible activity, or an evening of laughter and sharing at the comedy club, each team building is an opportunity to reconnect, exchange ideas and reinforce our shared mission.
These moments are essential for nurturing team spirit and a sense of belonging. We believe that strong human relations are the driving force behind our collective success. In every activity, we find our DNA: innovation, mutual support, and the desire to transform the world, together.
A couple of days ago, we celebrated the first year of our in-house acceleration programme for not-for-profit organisations supported by the PULSE Foundation.
Over the past year, we have initiated and offered a more holistic support to these entrepreneurs to meet their challenges and help them develop.
During a 2-day bootcamp at the magnificent Domaine de Ronchinne, it was time to reconnect, challenge themselves and grow individually as well as collectively.

What does #scalingup really mean?
Whether you're a company or a not-for-profit organisation, scaling up has many implications!
First of all, you need to think about your growth strategy: do you want to expand geographically? Do we need more beneficiaries? Or do we want to diversify our services?
Secondly, you need to think about the changes that such a strategy implies in terms of organisation, culture and leadership.
In short, so many questions and facets that we took the time to examine during our first workshop with Pulse's partners 💪
It was a great opportunity to learn and share with our partners. That certainly promises a great sequel !

We're proud to reflect on the success of the Raise Program of our partner Impact Shakers. This program is a transformative 10-week initiative supporting underrepresented founders with impactful businesses in Belgium, helping them become investor-ready.
Mid-September, we participated in the kick-off, and late October, we attended the Investor Event in Brussels organized as part of this program.
The least we can say is that we were impressed by the founders' evolution in just a month, demonstrating increased clarity on their vision, the type of business they aim to build, and the specific investment they're seeking to develop a sustainable yet scalable business.
While their journey isn't complete, they've already taken a giant leap forward!
