Your Role:

As a Community Builder, you will play a crucial role in amplifying Pulse’s mission across diverse communities within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. You’ll lead initiatives that foster inclusion and collaboration, ensuring that Pulse’s values of equity and diversity are reflected in every aspect of our work.

Your Missions:

• Community Building: Engage and support diverse communities across Pulse’s programs, building connections that promote inclusion and belonging for all participants. Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring accessible and open communication with all stakeholders.
• Communication Materials & Reports: Create inclusive communication materials that represent Pulse’s mission and values. Ensure materials resonate with a wide range of communities, highlighting stories and experiences from different backgrounds.
• Event Management: Collaborate on organizing events that are inclusive, accessible, and reflective of the diversity of our community. Ensure that all participants feel welcome and valued, while facilitating seamless event execution.
• Strategic Initiatives: Lead knowledge management efforts, integrating insights from diverse communities and proposing initiatives that reflect the evolving needs of all entrepreneurs. Provide actionable insights and inclusive strategies to Pulse’s leadership.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Languages: Native Dutch speaker with fluency in English and French (additional languages are a plus). We welcome candidates from all linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
• Event Management: Experience in organizing inclusive and accessible events, with an eye for creating impactful experiences for people from diverse backgrounds.
• Community Engagement: A natural connector, comfortable engaging with stakeholders from various backgrounds, ensuring all voices are heard and valued.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze diverse perspectives and translate insights into clear, actionable strategies that reflect the needs of all communities.
• Proactive Attitude: We prioritize mindset over specific skills. We are looking for someone who is flexible, willing to learn, and committed to fostering inclusion and equity in their work.
